This is a campaign that encourages abstinence among university students at Makerere and it's being championed by prime time curtsey of the one love church led by pastor Sempa.

Prime time is a weekly event that takes place every Friday and Saturday at Makerere university swimming pool. The event feature features gospel artist both from within campus and beyond. There are performance from different dance groups.

Discussion of topical issues that lead to abstinence and threats to abstinence are among the major events where student give their opinion on the topic. Prime time is becoming the biggest infotainment center at Makerere university.
